Thanks to all 25 BD MAX™ Club members from 10 countries for joining us in Paris, France on 1st December, 2023 for the BD MAX™ Club experience!

We spent the day learning, collaborating and exchanging molecular expertise with our regional BD MAX™ user community.

Our agenda was packed with educational presentations, laboratory optimisation and capacity service sessions, and peer-to-peer networking.

We had the opportunity to work with attendees on workflow optimisation methodologies and introduce our newly personalised laboratory workflow optimisation (LOC) service to our users. Streamlining the molecular sample pathway, we partnered to identify areas of improvement and provide workflow recommendations based on lean methodologies.

We were especially excited to unveil the Amplify the Sound of Life Experience, a hands-on sensory journey giving you the power to hear pathogens by translating unique protein marker sequences into audio through data sonification.

Amplify the Sound of Life Experience

Through the sound-mixing experience, users brought to life their own molecular workflows in a sensorial way, listening to pathogens detected by the BD MAX™ System and creating their own molecular melody. 

Much like in molecular testing, when mixing a variety of pathogens in the experience, it can be challenging to identify the unique pattern of one individual sound. 

Isolating and amplifying what matters most is critical. Through this experience, we wanted to share our dedication to sensitive, perceptive molecular diagnostics.
